Refund Policy

We want you to love MuYangKok. If MuYangKok Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked.

Note: the 7-day free trial is completely free and requires no card, so nothing is ever charged during the trial and there's nothing to refund. The guarantee covers your first paid charge — the $1.99 first month.

• Your first paid MuYangKok Pro payment ($1.99 first month), if requested within 14 days
• Duplicate or accidental charges, reported promptly
• Technical problems that stop you using the studio, where we couldn't resolve them for you

• Renewal payments at $5.99/month after the first month (you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — access continues until the end of the paid period)
• Accounts terminated for breaking the Terms & Conditions
• Requests made more than 14 days after the first payment, except where required by law

Send us a message through the Support page using the email address on your MuYangKok account, and mention you'd like a refund. We review every request and aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.

Don't need a refund but want to stop future payments? You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
