MuYangKok provides an online music studio — a drum sequencer, piano roll, sound effects library, vocal recording, effects and audio export — accessible through your web browser. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use MuYangKok.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of MuYangKok Pro — no card required. After the trial, MuYangKok Pro costs $1.99 for your first month and $5.99 per month after that. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which also handles applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; after that your account returns to the free, signed-in state. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

If you don't add a payment method when your trial ends, your Pro access simply stops — you are never charged without explicitly subscribing.

We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice, and the new price only applies from your next renewal after that notice.

You own what you make. Beats, melodies, recordings and songs you create with MuYangKok are yours. You may use, share, sell and release them commercially. We claim no ownership or royalties over your creations.

Audio you import must be material you have the right to use. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or resell access to the service
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Use the service for anything unlawful
• Upload malicious files or content that violates others' rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without a refund for the remaining period in cases of serious abuse.

We work hard to keep MuYangKok available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may evolve, and we may add, change or remove features over time. Projects are stored in your own browser — clearing browser data removes them, so export important work as WAV files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuYangKok is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost projects) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use MuYangKok after an update means you accept the new terms.
