The sequencer or recorder has no sound — what do I do?
Browsers block audio until you interact with the page. Click anywhere in the studio first, check the Master volume slider, and make sure your browser tab isn't muted.
Where are my beats saved?
Projects autosave to your browser's local storage on your device. Use the Export button in the studio header to save a project file you can re-import later, and export important work as WAV.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for — no further charges after that.
How do refunds work?
Your first MuYangKok Pro payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Send us a message below from your account email and we'll take care of it.
Do I own the music I make?
Yes — 100%. Everything you create in MuYangKok is yours to keep, share, release and sell, royalty-free.
Which browsers work best?
The latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on desktop give the best experience. Microphone recording needs a browser that allows mic access.
